Collection: Antica Masseria Gigliobianco

The region of Palagiano, located in the province of Taranto, is known for its significant agricultural traditions. The area between Palagiano and Castellaneta, also known as Conca d'Oro, produces local products with flavors that reflect the area's signature mix of Mediterranean scrub aromas, salty flavors, and Apulian red earth.

The Gigliobianco family has been involved in agriculture for four generations, with a focus on natural and healthy food. Their flagship product, the "Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil" or "Bio EVO Oil," is made from organic "Ogliarola" olives, which are cold-pressed on the same day of harvest to preserve their taste and chemical characteristics.

They also produce a Bio Blend Evo Oil that is a combination of Ogliarola and other varieties, which is delicate and balanced enough to season any dish. The production process remains the same, and the olives are always harvested in the early morning hours to ensure they are fresh when cold-pressed.
