Pino by Fabio Gea is a red wine made out of Dolcetto grapes. The grapes are destemmed and macerated with the skins for three weeks. The wine ferments in glass demijohn and is then aged in porcelain vessels. It has aromas of dark ripe fruit and chocolate, notes of wild berries, with a touch of smoky spices.
