Decanting in the cellar is a strictly natural process, facilitated by the yeasts present on the grape skins. With yields kept deliberately low, a mere 50,000 bottles are crafted annually from the 65 hectares of vineyards, featuring Trebbiano, Cerasuolo, and Montepulciano d'Abruzzo varietals.
