Lambrusco di Sorbara from Garganello di Carpi in Emilia-Romagna, grown biodynamically with strong focus on ecosystem balance.

Vines: 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara from biodynamically farmed parcels.
Soils: Emilian terroir contributing freshness and mineral character.
Farming: Biodynamic viticulture with minimal intervention.
Cellar: Primary fermentation in concrete with indigenous yeasts, followed by spontaneous refermentation in bottle using added free-run must of the same vintage (ancestral method). Aged approximately six months on lees in concrete and six months in bottle before release.
Additions: Minimal sulphites, unfiltered, unfined.
