Palate: Surprising, vibrant acidity provides a taut thread through a broad mid-palate. Gentle oxidative complexity and flinty mineral undertones add savory depth and structure.
Finish: Long and resonant, a wine of both place and time—expressive of Loire terroir yet shaped by a decade in barrel.
Serve: Chilled, 12–14°C.

Menu Pineau (locally known as Orbois/Arbois) from the Loire Valley, grown organically on soils of flint, clay, and quartz.
