Pinotto by Fabio Gea is a red wine made out of Dolcetto grapes. The grapes are destemmed and macerated with the skins for two weeks. The wine ferments in stainless steel and is then aged in stoneware and fiberglass vessels. It has aromas of dark ripe fruit and chocolate, notes of wild berries, with a touch of smoky spices.
