Lively and succulent Nebbiolo with crisp red fruit, floral lift, and energetic movement.

Nose: Crisp raspberry, wild strawberry, hints of pomegranate, floral notes, hints of spice and wild herb.
Palate: Bright acidity gives energetic movement. Succulent and approachable with finely balanced tannins supporting the juicy core. Subtle mineral undercurrents echo clay-limestone foundations.
Finish: Refreshing and persistent, vivid and expressive—markedly drinkable even in its youth.
Serve: Lightly chilled, 14–16°C.

Nebbiolo from Bricco di Neive in the Langhe, Piemonte, grown on clay- and limestone-inflected soils.

Vines: 100% Nebbiolo from organically farmed parcels.
Soils: Clay and limestone, contributing mineral character and structure.
Farming: Organic viticulture with low-intervention ethos.
Cellar: Hand-harvested grapes destemmed and macerated with skins for approximately 2–3 weeks, then fermented and aged in custom stoneware and porcelain vessels without modern temperature control.
Additions: Minimal to no added sulphites, unfined, unfiltered.
