Palate: Lively, integrated acidity gives dynamic structure. Soft, fine tannins provide shape without heaviness. A subtle mineral thread runs through the mid-palate, reflecting Sologne soils.
Finish: Clean and persistent, balancing purity, focus, and expressive terroir in a poised expression.
Serve: Lightly chilled, 14–16°C.
