Layered and engaging orange wine with honeyed quince, oxidative complexity, and tactile texture.

Nose: Honeyed quince, dried apricot, citrus peel, gentle smoky underpinning from flor influence, subtle herbal hints.
Palate: Broad and tactile texture with lively acidity threading through a mid-palate that feels both rich and focused. Subtle saline notes weave through the profile.
Finish: Persistent and slightly oxidative, bridging macerated white and flor-aged tradition with graceful tension—refined and intriguingly unusual.
Serve: Chilled, 12–14°C.

A highly experimental wine aged six months on passito Riesling skins under flor.

Arneis from Roero in Piemonte, grown on clay-rich soils.

Vines: 100% Arneis from organically farmed parcels.
Soils: Clay-rich Roero soils, contributing structure and weight.
Farming: Organic viticulture with low-intervention philosophy.
Cellar: 10-day maceration on Arneis skins in large oak barrels, followed by approximately six months on passito Riesling skins with flor development. Spontaneous fermentation throughout.
