Nicolas Chemarin - On the Rock Again 2021

On the Rock Again is a crunchy red wine made from Gamay grapes. It comes from one of the most calcareous plot of Nicolas Chemarin, in Marchtamp. The grapes are fermented and aged in stainless steel, with the 80% in carbonic maceration. It has super fresh aromas of red fruits and red berries, with notes of greens and herbs, super juicy and vibrant.
