Famille Delouvin - Fauve 2018

Fauve by Geoffrey Delouvin is an outstanding Champagne, made with 75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Meunier. The wine is always a Millesime from a single vintage. The grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless steel, and the wine is then bottled to make the second fermentation. It's a very elegant Champagne with the yellow fruits aromas from the Chardonnay and the ripe fruits from the Meunier, finely blended with pleasant acidity. Vintage 2018.
