Ansitz Dolomytos Sacker - Skythos 2015

Skythos from Ansitz Dolomytos Sacker is a unique red wine made out an intention blend of Pinot Noir, Sangiovese and other varieties. The vinification process takes place in Oak Tonneaux, and the wine is then aged in Cigarillos Barrels and Barrique. It has crisp red fruits flavours of sour cherry, herbs and lemon, and it's fresh and elegant. The structure it's finely balanced between the fruit and the smoky, toasted notes.
