L'Icaunais from Les Cailloux du Paradis is a very unique wine. It's made from 100% Gascon grapes, a rare and almost forgotten variety from the Loire Vailley. The wine ferments and ages in used barriques. It's a supper wine with earthy aromas and red fruit flavours, trace of oxidation and smoky notes. Something different.
