Bergianti - San Vincent 2022

San Vincent by Gianluca Bergianti is a 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara. The grapes are pressed and fermented in concrete tanks, and the wine is then bottled with its own must, to make the second fermentation. It's a super vibrant and mineral wine, driven by an incredible tension between fruit and acidity. It has an intense bright pink color, with notes of black currant and wild berries, crunchy and fresh.
