Collection: Quadrivium

Quadrivium was born in 2014 among the morainic hills of the lower Lake Garda from a splendid grassed vineyard with a young and audacious project that aims to restore the authenticity and genuineness of a splendid territory in the bottle, that of the south-eastern area of the coasts of Lake Garda.
The 12 hectares of Quadrivium are located on the eastern side of the lake, at hilly altitudes of about 200 meters above sea level. The 30-year-old vines grow in long rows as far as the eye can see and sink their roots into soils mainly of clay and limestone, rich in gypsum pebbles in the more superficial layers.
The goal of the farm is to produce clean and genuine natural wines, agile and with an excellent balance. In the vineyard, chemical interventions are completely eliminated and we work exclusively with eco-sustainable products. Managing the land in a sensitive way is the direction that Quadrivium wants to give to its parcels: for this reason the harvests are all done manually and in crates. The pressing takes place immediately after harvesting the grapes to try to keep the organoleptic properties of the grapes as intact as possible.
Once in the cellar, human intervention is reduced to a minimum. All vinifications are carried out in the most natural way possible. The fermentations are all

spontaneous, through the use of only indigenous yeasts and with controlled temperatures. The containers used for the refinements are steel vats, and the wines are always aged in contact with their fine lees for a minimum of four months. The wines are bottled without being clarified or filtered.

The natural and artisanal wines produced by Quadrivium reflect the sea breezes from Lake Garda and are also wines with minimal added sulphites. In the glass they express all the primary characteristics of the grapes from which they come. The Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara, Garganega, Cortese, Trebbiano, Friulano, Pinot Grigio and Marzemino vines are mainly grown, for an annual total of around 60,000 bottles. The Venetian artisan wines of Quadrivium fall within the denominations Bardolino DOC, Custoza DOC, and Pinot Grigio DOC.
