Famille Delouvin - L'Arpent Rouge 2018

L'Arpent Rouge by Geoffrey Delouvin is a Blanc de Blancs from Chardonnay grapes. It comes from the homonymous parcel in Valleè de la Marne. The grapes are pressed and fermented in barriques, the wines is then bottled and it stays 30 months on the lees, to make the second fermentation. It's a rich and intense Blanc de Blancs, with creamy notes of ripe white fruits and complex smoky structure, everything driven by a delicate freshness. Vintage 2018.
