Famille Delouvin - La Tuilerie 2018

La Tuilerie by Geoffrey Delouvin is a Blanc de Noirs from Pinot Meunier grapes, from the homonymous parcel in Valleè de la Marne. The grapes are pressed and fermented in barriques, the wines is then bottled and it stays 30 months on the lees, to make the second fermentation. It's a rich and intense Blanc de Noirs, with creamy notes of ripe yellow fruits and complex smoky structure, everything driven by a delicate freshness. Vintage 2018.
