Famille Delouvin - Meunier Perpetuel

Meunier Perpetuel by Geoffrey Delouvin is an outstanding Champagne, 100% Pinot Meunier. The grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless steel, and the cuveè is assmbled with 50% vin de reserve made from wine from 1992 to 2020, with Solera method. Is then bottled to make the second fermentation on the lees. An incredible Champagne with an amazing depth, driven by a unique minerality. It has pastry aromas and ripe fruits flavours with a thous of smoke.
