Bergianti - Fine 2019

Gianluca Bergianti makes some of the most vibrant and energy power Lambrusco we tasted so far. Fine is just an outstanding example of all the elegance and finesse that Lambrusco di Sorbara can create, especially with Champenoise Method. The grapes are gently pressed and then fermented in concrete tanks, to be bottled on the following spring in the traditional method process. Fine is one of a kind Traditional Method Lambrusco, with incredible acidity, notes of citrus and lime. Sharp and vibrant, with energy and an incredible ageing potential.
