Famille Delouvin - Semper Fidelis

Semper Fidelis is one of a kind Solera de Meunier by Geoffrey Delouvin, 100% Pinot Meunier. The grapes are pressed and the wine is fermented in stainless steel, and the cuveè is assembled with 50% vin de reserve made from wine from 1992 to 2015, with Solera method. It's then bottled to make the second fermentation and stays on the lees for 60 months. It has incredible depth and freshness and all the energy from the Solera, still being elegant and vibrant.
