Cascina Barban - Boffalora 2021

Boffalora by Cascina Barban is an orange wine made with Timorasso, Cortese and Favorita grapes. The wine ferments with the skins in fiberglass for 2 months and is then aged in old barriques. It's an orange wine with notes of dried fruit and a body texture, but still remaining fresh and juicy.
