Bakari - Bakari Confondo

Bakari Confondo it's a PetNat wine made from Cortese grapes. The grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless steel. The wines is then bottled with its own must to make a second fermentation in the bottle, which creates the bubbles. It's a crispy and yeasty sparkling wine, with notes of citrus, flowers and yellow fruits, fresh and crispy.
