Valdisole - Pnoi 2016

Pnoi is a yummy sweet wine made out Nebbiolo grapes. The grapes are gently pressed and the wine is fermented in stainless steel, and then aged in chestnut barrels. It has classic aromas of cooked fruits and nuts, and is still very vibrant for a sweet wine, and it's what we like the most. The perfect companion for cheese plates.
