Quattrocento by Nicola Gatta is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It comes from one of the highest vineyard of Nicola. The wine ferments in tonneaux, and is then bottled to make the second fermentation, where ti stays for 40 moons on the lees. It has delicate aromas of pastry, toasted almond, cream and citrus flavours, very salty and mineral.
