Palate: The same fruit layered with fine mineral elements and gentle textural depth from extended lees contact. Lively, well-defined acidity threads through the profile, balancing breadth with tension.
Finish: Expressive and thoughtfully composed, with persistence and nuance.
Serve:Chilled, 10–12°C.

Chardonnay (including the local Melon à Queue Rouge variant) and Savagnin from the Côtes du Jura, grown on clay-marl soils.
