Valdisole - Chaos 2018

Chaos is a yummy sweet wine made out different variety both white and red. The grapes are gently pressed and the wine is fermented in old oak barrels for 30 months. It has classic aromas of cooked fruits and nuts, and is still very vibrant for a sweet wine, and it's what we like the most. The perfect companion for cheese plates.
