Les Cailloux du Paradis - Racines Blanc 2022

Racines is a delicious blend out of some of the most iconic grape variety from the Loire Valley together with some other rare varieties only found in the area of Les Cailloux du Paradis. The blend includes Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Romorantin, Menu Pineau and others. The wines ferments and ages in used barrique. It has wonderful aromas of baked apple, quince, and trace of an elegant oxidation. Oily texture and energetic minerality.
