Les Cailloux du Paradis - Quartz 2022

Quartz is an incredibly mineral Sauvignon Blanc from Les Cailloux du Paradis. The grapes are pressed and the wine ferments and ages in used barriques. The soil of the vineyards is very rich in Quartz, hence the name of the wine. It's a super fresh and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc with notes of yellow fruits and flavours of fermented apples and pears, with spicy notes of smoked herbs, still with great tension.
