Bergianti - Stiolo 2022

Stiolo by Gianluca Bergianti is probably the most classic interpretation that Gianluca makes about Lambrusco, yet is still unique and characteristic of his winemaking approach. Stiolo is a blend of Sorbara, Oliva and Ancellotta. The grapes are fermented with the skins in concrete tanks, and the wine is the bottled with its own must for the second fermentation. It's a classic red Lambrusco with notes of red fruits and spices, a nice grip and but yet fresh and vibrant.
